We bring the gym to you! Serving the Bethesda, MD area. We know going to the gym can be a challenge, but Fitness United will bring the equipment to you. We work with you to provide your desired setting whether it is in your home, a local park, or our studio. No membership fees mean you only pay for what you need when you need it.
We have years of success coaching team sports and are certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. We are capable of creating your personalized training plans. We will conduct fitness and body assessments to help keep you motivated and on track towards your goals.
